Med A Census Navigator — Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is provided by Broad River Rehab for the Med A Census Navigator application.

Data Collection & Access

Med A Census Navigator is a fully offline reference tool. It does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, health data, or usage data from its users. The App does not require login or authentication, does not connect to the internet or any external servers, and does not access any data on your device. All content within the App is pre-loaded and static. The only information available to us is aggregate, anonymous install count data provided by the app stores.

Health Data

Although Med A Census Navigator is designed for use in a rehabilitation and healthcare setting, the App does not access, collect, store, process, or share any health data. This includes but is not limited to: protected health information (PHI), patient data, medical records, diagnoses, or treatment information. The App functions solely as a static informational reference and does not interact with any user-generated or patient-related health data.

Secure Data Handling

Med A Census Navigator is built with a privacy-first approach. Because the App operates entirely offline with no internet connectivity, no server communication, and no collection of personal or sensitive data, there is no risk of data interception, unauthorized access, or data breach. The App relies solely on the built-in security protections of your device’s operating system.

Data Retention

Because we do not collect any user data, there is no user data retained by Med A Census Navigator. No personal or health-related information is stored on our servers at any time.

Data Deletion

Since no user data is collected or stored, there is no user data to delete. If you uninstall the App, any locally stored application data is removed with it.
